PHITOWN DESIGNprovides services for projects of all residential and most commercial zoning classifications. All levels of design work can be performed for restaurants, condos, apartments, single family, and mixed use projects. Our expertise and knowledge of the construction process will streamline the design phase seamlessly through final product. We can perform all architectural tasks required for small residential renovation all the way up to a new construction commercial building. Generally speaking most of Phitown designs clients are local to the City of Philadelphia (or its outlying suburbs) and New Jersey shore points but we are not limited to these areas. We are currently licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Arizona.
